FUTSAK is a technical sock brand operated from Chicago, Illinois, USA. This policy explains what we collect on futsak.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to describe what the site actually does today, not what it might do later.
What we collect
Your email address, if you type it into the waitlist form. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is required.
Technical information collected automatically by our web host as part of running the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the time you viewed them. These are standard server logs and are used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no TikTok pixel. If we add any of these, we will update this page before they go live and say so here.
Cookies
Visiting futsak.com does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress, which the site runs on, sets cookies only for people who log in to administer it. Your browser may cache the page and its images, which is a normal part of how websites load.
Who else receives your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We hold your email address because you gave it to us and asked to hear about the drop — that is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. We hold server logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for as long as our host retains them, typically a short rolling window.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Have it corrected if it is wrong.
- Have it deleted.
- Unsubscribe from our emails — every email has a link, or just reply and say so.
- Object to how we are using it.
If you are in the EU or UK, these rights come from the GDPR and UK GDPR. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you similar rights, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there. To exercise any of them, email hello@futsak.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their email address, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are stored on our host’s infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who receives it — including adding advertising pixels — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
