These terms cover your use of futsak.com and any reservation or pre-order you place through it. Please read the pre-order section — it is the part that matters most while Drop 001 is still in production.

Drop 001 is a pre-launch
Drop 001 has not been manufactured yet. The production run is sized against the reservations and pre-orders we receive, and the socks are then made to that order in Lviv, Ukraine. Everything on this site describes a product in production, not stock sitting in a warehouse.
Product specifications, including composition, sizing and colourways, are supplied by our manufacturing partner and are subject to confirmation against the final production sample. Screen colours are an approximation of the finished yarn.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. Founder pricing is a limited introductory price and ends when the first production run is sized. We may change prices at any time before you place an order; the price you are charged is the one shown when your order is placed.
Reservations
A reservation is a $10 deposit that holds your size and colourway in the first production run and locks founder pricing for you.
- It is credited in full against the price of your order.
- It is fully refundable at any time before the run ships, from the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us.
- It is not itself a purchase of goods, and it does not oblige you to complete an order.
- The balance is charged only when the order is dispatched.
Pre-orders and shipping dates
Any shipping window shown on this site is our best estimate based on manufacturing and freight lead times. It is not a guarantee.
If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will email you with the revised date and you may cancel for a full refund. Consistent with the US Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, you may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any point before it is dispatched, for any reason or none.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
- Before dispatch: cancel for any reason and get a full refund, including any deposit.
- After delivery: if the size is wrong, we will exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided the socks are unworn and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of worn socks unless they are faulty.
- Faulty goods are refunded or replaced in full, including return shipping.
Shipping
Drop 001 ships to United States addresses only, from Chicago. Free shipping applies to orders over $60; below that a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Emails
Joining the waitlist means we will email you about drops. You can unsubscribe from any email, or by writing to us. We do not sell or rent your address.
Intellectual property
The FUTSAK name, logo, designs, photography and the text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Limits on our liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Illinois. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed.
